Credit Card Campaign Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Credit Card Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at driving acquisition, usage, and retention of credit card products. This role requires a strong understanding of customer segmentation, data-driven marketing, product positioning, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, digital, direct mail, etc.) for credit card products.

Align campaigns with overall business goals, regulatory requirements, and brand positioning.

Customer Segmentation & Targeting:

Utilize customer data and analytics to identify key target segments.

Develop personalized messaging and offers based on customer behavior and credit profile.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

Monitor campaign performance (CTR, conversion, spend, retention).

Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, funnel analysis, and attribution modeling.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Data Science, and Sales teams.

Work closely with creative and media agencies to deliver campaign assets.

Budget & Vendor Management:

Manage campaign budgets and track ROI.

Oversee relationships with external vendors and marketing platforms.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Ensure all campaigns comply with financial regulations and internal policies.

Conduct QA testing on campaign materials and customer journeys.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus).

5+ years of experience in marketing or campaign management, preferably in financial services or fintech.

Strong understanding of credit card products, customer acquisition, and loyalty programs.

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Campaign), analytics (Google Analytics, Tableau), and marketing automation platforms.

Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of banking regulations related to credit marketing (e.g., UDAAP, TILA).

Experience with digital marketing strategies, including paid media, SEO/SEM, and retargeting.

Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
