HR Consultant

Job Title: HR Consultant
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Consultant to lead and oversee HR operations while driving strategic human capital initiatives. This role combines consulting expertise with leadership responsibilities, including managing a team, supervising daily HR activities, and aligning HR practices with business goals. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior management and a people leader within the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Consulting:

  • · Partner with senior leadership to provide expert advice on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.

  • · Lead HR transformation and change management projects across departments.

  • · Analyze workforce trends and data to identify risks and opportunities.

  • · Ensure HR policies, procedures, and systems are aligned with business needs and legal requirements.

   Team Management & Supervision:

  •  Lead, mentor, and supervise the HR team (recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, etc.).

  • · Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure service excellence across all HR functions.

  • · Set team goals and monitor performance to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

  • · Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching to drive capability building.

   Operational Excellence & Compliance:

  •  Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company standards.

  • · Manage and enhance HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and offboarding.

  • · Oversee employee engagement programs and resolve complex employee relations issues.

  • Support HRIS implementation or enhancements and ensure data accuracy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).

  • · Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or consulting capacity.

  • · Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance (GOSI, MHRSD, etc.) ----> Nice to have 

  • · Proven ability to lead and manage HR teams and operations.

  • · Track record of delivering HR solutions and driving change in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

  • Certification in payroll (e.g., CPP, FPC, or equivalent)

  • Familiarity with Saudization requirements, GOSI, and WPS (for KSA roles)
