Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Business Intelligence Developer with strong expertise in Power BI and Tableau, combined with a deep understanding of Teradata and SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative, interactive dashboards and data visualizations, integrating data from multiple sources, and transforming raw data into meaningful insights to support business decision-making.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 • Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.

 • Create and manage robust data models that integrate data from diverse sources including Teradata, SQL Server, and other structured databases.

 • Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets efficiently.

 • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into insightful and visually compelling dashboards.

 • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting platforms.

 • Develop and optimize ETL processes to streamline data flows between systems.

 • Troubleshoot data issues and provide long-term solutions to ensure data reliability.

 • Continuously enhance the usability, functionality, and aesthetics of dashboards based on user feedback and emerging best practices.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau.

 • Strong expertise in SQL and Teradata with ability to write advanced queries and procedures.

 • Proven experience integrating and managing data from multiple sources into unified dashboards.

 • Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes.

 • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

 • Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business users.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 • Experience with data governance, data quality frameworks, and performance tuning.

 • Exposure to cloud-based BI platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

 • Familiarity with tools like Alteryx, SSIS, or other ETL solutions is a plus.
