CRM Architect

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled CRM Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics and related Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong solution architecture skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end CRM solutions using MS Dynamics in alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical architecture.

• Lead the customization, configuration, and integration of CRM systems with other enterprise applications.

• Ensure system performance, scalability, and security standards are met.

• Provide technical guidance and best practices for CRM development teams.

• Conduct system reviews and recommend improvements for performance optimization.

• Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics and CRM technology trends.

Requirements:

• 7–8 years of experience in CRM architecture and development.

• Strong expertise in MS Dynamics (365 preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Azure, .NET, SQL Server.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing CRM integrations.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
