Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and execute payroll operations for our team in Saudi Arabia. he Payroll Specialist will ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies while maintaining accurate payroll records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple departments/locations.

• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and company deductions.

• Maintain and update employee payroll records, benefits, and leave balances.

• Review and verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, social insurance, and tax regulations.

• Prepare and distribute payroll reports and payslips.

• Liaise with HR and Finance teams regarding employee status, benefits, and terminations.

• Support external audits and assist with internal audits as needed.

• Stay updated on changes in labor regulations and payroll best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing.

• Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax codes, and labor regulations.

• Experience with payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ADP, or local payroll software).

• Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel and payroll reporting tools.

• Experience in [Saudi Arabia / GCC] payroll is a plus (if applicable).

Preferred:

• Certification in payroll (e.g., CPP, FPC, or equivalent)

• Familiarity with Saudization requirements, GOSI, and WPS (for KSA roles)
