Bringing over 10 years of experience across the education and human resource sectors, I specialize in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and people development. My journey began in education, where I mainly focused on student career guidance. Later, transitioning into HR, I specialized in employee engagement, recruitment consulting, and organizational culture building. These dual perspectives makes me uniquely positioned to understand both individual career aspirations and organizational needs.
My core strengths include candidate evaluation, client relationship management, career counseling, and employee engagement. I bring a unique perspective from having worked in both educational institutions and HR firms, allowing me to understand talent from both a developmental and organizational lens.
